Ensure consistent team service and client satisfaction by controlling staff appearance, managing opening and closing procedures, and maintaining storage zones and inventory levels. Monitor dining room and service areas for client placement, safety, and well-being while ordering maintenance repairs. Assist leadership in hiring, training, evaluating, and coaching staff, serving as a role model for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment. Adhere to all safety policies, report maintenance issues and incidents, and complete required safety certifications. This full-time position at the Centre Sheraton Montreal Hotel requires a secondary diploma and at least two years of relevant work experience, including one year of supervision. The role involves lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
