Ensure optimal client service and team cohesion by controlling staff appearance, managing opening and closing procedures, and maintaining storage areas and inventory levels. Monitor seating availability, oversee client safety and well-being, and fulfill maintenance work orders. Assist leadership in hiring, training, planning, evaluating, and motivating employees while upholding the Guarantee of Fair Treatment. Adhere to all safety policies, report maintenance issues and incidents, and complete required safety certifications. Maintain professional appearance, respect confidentiality, and support colleagues in meeting common objectives. Accept physical demands including lifting up to 50 lbs and prolonged standing or walking.
