Ensure consistent team service and client satisfaction by controlling staff appearance, managing opening and closing procedures, and maintaining storage areas and equipment cleanliness. Monitor seating availability, oversee client safety and well-being, and complete scheduled inventory and supply orders. Assist leadership with hiring, training, evaluating, and coaching staff while upholding the Guarantee of Fair Treatment and Open Door Policy. Adhere to all safety protocols, report maintenance issues and incidents, and maintain professional appearance and confidentiality. Perform physical tasks involving lifting up to 50 lbs, prolonged standing or walking, and operating tools with precision. Greet clients, communicate professionally, and respond appropriately to guest and employee concerns.
