Ensure consistent team service and client satisfaction by controlling staff appearance, managing opening and closing procedures, and maintaining storage zones and inventory levels. Monitor seating availability, oversee client safety and well-being, and process maintenance work orders. Assist leadership in hiring, training, evaluating, and coaching staff while upholding the Guarantee of Fair Treatment and Open Door Policy. Adhere to all safety policies, report maintenance or injury issues, and obtain required certifications. Perform physical tasks involving lifting up to 50 lbs, prolonged standing or walking, and operating equipment in tight spaces. Greet clients professionally, answer calls with appropriate etiquette, and address client and employee concerns.
