Ensure consistent team service and client satisfaction by controlling staff appearance, managing opening and closing procedures, and maintaining storage zones and inventory levels. Monitor seating availability, oversee client safety and well-being, and coordinate maintenance repair orders. Assist leadership in hiring, training, evaluating, and disciplining employees while modeling the Guarantee of Fair Treatment and Open Door Policy. Adhere to all safety policies, report maintenance issues and accidents, and complete required safety certifications. Perform physical tasks involving lifting up to 50 lbs, prolonged standing, and operating equipment in confined spaces. Greet clients professionally, answer calls with appropriate etiquette, and address client concerns.
