Assist leadership in hiring, training, and evaluating staff, enforcing discipline, and serving as a model for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment. Adhere to safety policies by reporting maintenance issues and accidents, completing required certifications, and lifting objects up to 50 lbs. Maintain professional appearance, confidentiality, and dignity in all interactions with clients and colleagues while meeting quality standards.
