Job Summary
Superviseur de magasin responsible for achieving high standards of customer experience and driving sales and profitability through short- and long-term planning, expense control, and service excellence. Supports store manager and assistant manager in recruiting, training, development and succession of high-performing, results-driven staff; manages payroll and scheduling to maintain a highly productive, profitable location; coordinates merchandise opportunities with store leadership; ensures inventory control and processing of incoming/outgoing stock; adheres to all policies and operational competencies; maintains a safe, healthy, and compliant work environment; required to work non-traditional hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays. Requires 1-2 years of customer-focused retail experience, proven ability to exceed sales targets, strong communication and teamwork, basic MS Office and retail software skills, and the ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a targeted retail/service environment
- Proven ability to exceed sales targets

- Ability to learn quickly and work with MS Office and retail software
- Experience with payroll, scheduling, and shop-floor processes
- Ability to manage inventory and merchandising opportunities
- Capacity to supervise, recruit, train, develop, and succession planning for store staff
- Ability to work non-traditional hours including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Fluent in French; working knowledge of English is a plus
