Job Summary
Site Supervisor overseeing complex restoration projects, coordinating activities, resources, and information to ensure safe, high-quality construction work across multiple sites. Responsibilities include reviewing in-house work from Project Managers, planning and supervising demolition, producing comprehensive repair material lists, revising scope before work commences, guiding onsite crews, meeting completion timelines, and keeping stakeholders informed of progress and changes. Ensures adherence to health and safety policies, maintains detailed project schedules, monitors staff efficiency, inspects progress and quality, and reports outcomes to the Construction Operations Manager. Requires deep knowledge of construction processes, project scheduling, and Xactimate, with strong communication skills and ability to manage up to 25 direct reports, including coordination of safety and regulatory compliance.”,
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience as a construction supervisor/foreman in restoration/emergency or related industry
- Proven track record supervising up to 25 direct reports
- Detailed understanding of reconstruction practices for properties damaged by water, wind, mold, fire, or vandalism
- Knowledge of building codes and related electrical, plumbing or mechanical codes
- Knowledge of laws and ordinances governing building construction
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook; Xactimate knowledge essential
- Basic accounting understanding of invoicing, billing, and general math
- Ability to work as part of a team and demonstrate customer service excellence
- On-site physical work may include lifting, climbing ladders, wearing respirator, and working in tight spaces
