Job Summary
Part-time Supervised Visitation Advocate responsible for providing advocacy services to youth and families. Primary duties include initiating, organizing, planning, and developing service plans based on a strength-based approach using the wrap-around model. Candidates should have experience working with at-risk youth, be dependable, and able to serve as positive role models. Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are required, with additional experience in EHR systems preferred. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent is required
- Reliable insured transportation
- Valid driver's license and current auto insurance coverage
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in community resources and community work
- Experience working with at-risk youth and families
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge or use of an electronic health record (EHR) system
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
