Job Summary
Monitor and maintain contact with youth in the supervised release continuum, including weekly face-to-face interactions and responding to electronic monitoring notifications. Communicate with stakeholders, prepare for and participate in meetings and court hearings, and ensure placing officials remain informed about assigned youth. Establish working relationships with probation, social services, public defenders, the judiciary, juvenile court, and schools. Drive during day or night-time hours, including inclement weather and extended coverage as needed. This hybrid/remote role supports Rite of Passage's mission to help youth become successful adults.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- six month's experience working with youth
- Must meet the requirements to be an eligible ROP driver
- Ability to pass a criminal background check

- Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing
- Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- Able to work in excess of 40 hours per week as needed
- Must be flexible and able to handle multiple priorities
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
