Job Summary
Provide supervised ABA therapy sessions for clients with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other developmental disabilities in clinic and community settings. Responsibilities include preparing and conducting intensive ABA sessions, collecting and graphing data, maintaining client binders and written logs, demonstrating therapy to families and professionals, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, adhering to Monarch House policies, attending scheduled trainings and events, and supporting clients and families through data-driven progress updates. Must complete Criminal record check with Vulnerable Sector Screening, be legally authorized to work in Canada, have reliable transportation with a valid driver’s license, and be available for part-time evening/weekend hours (Mon-Fri 3:00 PM–7:30 PM; Saturday 9:00 AM–3:00 PM; Fridays required).
Required Qualifications
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
- Must have access to a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
- Criminal record check with Vulnerable Sector Screening
- Monarch House employment policies and travel requirements
- Ability to work in a clinic and community-based settings
- Willingness to travel to multiple centers/locations within provinces (Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia) as needed
