Job Summary
Part-Time Supervised Float Therapist in Mississauga responsible for implementing ABA interventions for children/youth with autism or related delays, under supervision of a Registered Behavior Analyst. Performs 1:1 and small-group work, contributes to ABA program development, conducts baseline/indirect measures, tracks client progress with data collection and graphing, completes incident reports in Microsoft Teams within 24 hours, participates in regular client-centered team meetings, and communicates progress to caregivers and BCBA. Flexible to shifting clinical/operational priorities; supports direct programming and clinic tasks; prior experience delivering ABA services in home, clinic, and/or community settings; eligible to work across Ontario, Alberta, or British Columbia; has access to mentorship and professional development opportunities; benefits include health coverage, paid time off, and mileage reimbursement for travel to multiple centers. The role is temporary, part-time with a schedule Monday–Friday, 9 AM–7 PM, duration June 29–September 14, 2026; locations include Monarch House clinics in Ontario (Mississauga) and potential travel.
