Job Summary
Manage a caseload of clients by developing and monitoring Individualized Behavior Intervention Plans, conducting initial and ongoing assessments, and ensuring compliance with insurance and documentation requirements. Facilitate caregiver meetings, review data for progress updates, and adjust treatment hours as needed. Provide regular staff training and supervision, identify clients requiring additional supports, and maintain accurate clinical records for audits. Ensure licensure remains current and report any allegations of abuse or neglect immediately.
Required Qualifications
- Supervised BCBA
- Licensed Behavior Analyst (licensed in state of Arizona)
- Maintain the confidentiality of all individual information
- Ensure that you treat all individuals fairly, and with kindness, dignity, and respect
- Report all allegations of physical, verbal, mental, or sexual abuse to include involuntary seclusion, neglect or misappropriation of the individual's belongings or money
- Honor refusal of treatment request
- Keep licensure, certification and credentialing current
- Maintaining HIPAA and best practices as determined via qualitative and compliance reviews
