Execute merchandising actions in retail and cash and carry channels within established deadlines, reporting to management and the commercial team. Lead and train the team of promoters, manage their performance indicators, and strengthen execution strategies for brands and categories. Collaborate closely with sales, trade, and marketing teams while organizing monthly meetings and conducting field visits to build diagnostics for sell-out support. Control the distribution of merchandising materials and PPE, and manage the team using Agile tools to promote development through feedback and training. Prepare and send field reports, including incidents, attendance cards, and leave schedules, while applying the execution guide at the point of sale. Maintain safety standards and company values. Full degree required with category B license, Office proficiency, and proven retail food experience.
