Plan and define work processes, equipment and vehicle maintenance plans, and control the distributor fleet through routing systems and corporate management. Manage daily storage activities, control inbound and outbound flows of goods, materials, and vehicles, and ensure inventory accuracy via ERP controls. Execute weekly merchandise orders from the factory and manage personnel by structuring high-performance teams, selecting, integrating, and training collaborators. Guarantee compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards, including EPI usage and non-conformity elimination. Monitor technical assistance processes for battery analysis results and ensure monthly physical delivery to the factory.
