Job Summary
Permanent full-time role at the SuperStore delivering outstanding customer service to members, supporters and the public. Primary point of face-to-face, telephone and electronic contact, with responsibilities including processing online, telephone and mail orders, assisting with stock deliveries and storage organization, and maintaining store stock levels. Rostering includes Tuesdays to Saturdays with potential evenings and weekend work for home matches and club events. Ideal candidates are customer-focused with retail sales experience and strong attention to detail.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in a retail sales environment
- well developed selling skills

- strong inventory knowledge
