Team Leader Nights at Waitrose supermarket duties include supporting the shop's management, ensuring safety and compliance, fulfilling online orders for drivers, stock replenishment, and assisting with Click & Collect, while driving commercial performance. Role requires leadership for a customer-facing environment, managing a wider team, coordinating with third parties, and contributing ideas for operational improvements. Night shift includes a premium (£3.75/hr) for hours 22:00–06:00; contract is permanent, full-time (37.5 hours across seven days). DBS/pre-employment checks may be required.
