Job Summary
As a Team Leader at Waitrose in Formby, you’ll support the shop’s management team during night shifts, help drive sales and operational efficiency, ensure Partners are operating safely and legally, and assist with online orders, stock replenishment, and Click & Collect duties. You’ll work with the wider team to deliver excellent customer service, reduce waste, and contribute ideas to improve shop performance. Essential skills include strong leadership, experience in a customer-facing role, and good stakeholder management; Duty Manager training is desirable. Night premium (£3.75 per hour) applies between 22:00 and 06:00.
