Job Summary
Support shop management with customer demand, ensure Partners operate safely and legally, and fulfill online orders for driver delivery. Manage stock replenishment to keep shelves full, assist with checkout and Click & Collect, and drive commercial performance through continuous improvement ideas. Reduce wastage by following product due diligence and markdowns for items reaching sell-by dates while maintaining a safe, tidy environment. Work part-time hours between Thursday 06:00 and Saturday 22:00 at a rate of £14.58 per hour, including night premiums for shifts between 22:00 and 06:00.
Required Qualifications
- Good people and leadership skills
- Good understanding of retail and how to maximise commercial success
- Experience of working in a customer facing role
- Good stakeholder management skills when working with third parties and the wider Partnership
- Duty Manager Training (Internal Partners only)
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Valid driver's license
