Job Summary
Conduct stock replenishment to ensure shelves remain full with products in the right place, and fulfill online customer orders for delivery. Reduce wastage by following product due diligence and markdowns, while supporting the wider shop team with checkout assistance, Click & Collect management, and on-demand order fulfillment. Maintain a safe and tidy working environment through general shopkeeping tasks. Apply flexible hours across seven days, including early starts, late finishes, evenings, and weekends, totaling 14 hours per week. Night work between 22:00 and 06:00 attracts a premium rate.
Required Qualifications
- Communication skills to enable you to work effectively as part of a team and with our customers
- Experience of working in a customer facing role
- Up to date knowledge and strong interest in food and drink trends
- Flexible approach to ensure the support of the whole branch
- Ability to work varied hours of part time work across seven days to include early starts, late finishes, evenings and weekends
- 14 hours per week availability
- Pre-employment vetting (which may include DBS checks)
