Supermarket Assistant

As a Supermarket Assistant in Worthing, you’ll perform stock replenishment, ensure shelves are full and correctly placed, fulfill online orders for drivers, and help reduce wastage through product due diligence and date-based markdowns. You’ll work with the shop team to support checkout, Click & Collect, and on-demand orders, while maintaining a safe, tidy store environment. The role is part-time (19 hours across 4 days, 07:00–12:00), temporarily contracted, with DBS checks possibly required during recruitment. Night premium of £3.75 per hour applies for hours between 22:00 and 06:00, including existing Partners enrolled in Enhanced Hours Premium arrangements. Pay starts at £13.00 per hour, rising to £13.25 after 90 days.
