Job Summary
Supermarket Assistant at Waitrose & Partners in Wallingford. Responsibilities include stock replenishment, fulfilling online customer orders for drivers, reducing wastage through product due diligence and markdowns, supporting checkout and Click & Collect, and maintaining a safe, tidy shop environment. Night Premium of £3.75 per hour applies for hours 22:00–06:00, alongside the standard pay. Flexible/part-time hours across seven days including early starts, late finishes, evenings and weekends. DBS vetting may be required during recruitment. Strong communication and a customer-facing mindset are essential, with a flexible approach to support the whole branch.
