Job Summary
Provide friendly and efficient service, delivering an excellent customer experience by communicating with customers in a welcoming, professional, and helpful manner. Handle customer queries and complaints professionally, ensuring all food products are prepared and served in accordance with food safety and hygiene standards. Assist customers with queries regarding food and menu items while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation. This role requires knowledge of food hygiene and the ability to work as part of a team within the Supermacs concession at Mace Ballinalack. Flexible working hours are offered alongside training and development opportunities.
