Job Summary
On-site Full-time role in Fort Worth, TX for a Superior Hydrovac SQT Specialist responsible for maintaining quality assurance, safety compliance, equipment inspections, jobsite audits, and supporting field operations. The role includes identifying safety and quality training needs, implementing process improvements, reporting on compliance and performance metrics, and ensuring adherence to OSHA/DOT and customer requirements. Requires 1+ year of field experience in utility construction or related sectors, a High School Diploma or GED, and a valid driver’s license; prior safety/training experience and CUSP are preferred. Must be able to work in Fort Worth and surrounding areas, perform inspections and audits, and communicate effectively with teams and management.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of one (1) year of field experience at Utility Construction employer is required
- High School Diploma or GED -REQUIRED
- Possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid State of Residence Driver’s License is required within two weeks of employment
- Candidates must pass criminal and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) background checks and pass a pre-employment drug screen
