Supervise all on-site construction activities, including subcontractor scheduling, daily problem resolution, and work inspections to ensure compliance with plans and specifications. Coordinate with project engineers regarding specifications and construction improvements aligned with the project schedule. Maintain daily work site logs and weekly documentation of changes and conditions for the Project Manager. Establish and maintain strong relationships with owners, proactively communicating timelines, expectations, and critical issues while understanding contractual obligations. Interpret construction drawings, stay familiar with building codes and standards, and ensure all personnel and commercial contractors implement safety requirements. Manage the construction schedule and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines while guaranteeing work integrity and quality standards.
