Superintendente de obra - naves industriales

Execute physical work on assigned construction fronts while quantifying materials for supervisor review and approval. Plan activities, personnel, and resources to meet schedule, quality, cost, and safety standards. Supervise daily field quality against specifications and regulations, verifying delivered materials match purchase orders. Collaborate with the Superintendent to report progress and integrate work into the general program. Close out subcontractor work by managing punch lists, manuals, as-built drawings, warranties, and equipment handover. Requires Civil Engineering or Architecture degree, professional license, driver's license, and over three years in industrial construction.
