Job Summary
Oversees operation and maintenance of municipal wastewater treatment plant; coordinates staffing and operational activities; enforces regulatory requirements; directs testing and adjustment of treatment processes; maintains equipment and HMI systems; trains and evaluates staff; oversees safety programs and emergency responses; participates in budgeting and reporting; collaborates with external agencies and other units to improve efficiency and compliance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma and associate degree (A.A) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school, and/or seven (7) years related experience and or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must hold a Class IV Wastewater Treatment License and valid Arkansas driver’s license.
