Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day site operations for multi-family residential projects in Calgary, managing site staff, trades, and subcontractors to deliver high-quality, on-schedule, and on-budget builds. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes, coordinate with development and project management teams to align construction with goals, maintain relationships with consultants and inspectors, and mentor junior staff to foster a collaborative site culture.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years’ experience as a Superintendent in multi-family residential construction (townhomes, mid-rise, or high-rise)
- Strong understanding of woodframe and/or concrete multi-family builds
- Proven track record delivering projects from ground-up through occupancy
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Deep knowledge of safety practices, building codes, and construction sequencing
