Job Summary
Develop detailed project logistical plans and manage project-specific safety plans while coordinating material deliveries and developing project flow. Maintain project master schedules and three-week forecasts, ensuring work adheres to plans, specifications, and local building codes. Predict problems strategically before they develop and represent the firm on schedule and cost matters within approved parameters. Collaborate closely with the Project Manager as a complementary team, managing relationships with clients, internal staff, subcontractors, and inspectors. Requires 5 years of commercial general construction experience, 30-hour OSHA certification, and strong negotiation skills. Some travel may be required. Salary $90,000-$130,000 plus up to 10% annual discretionary bonus.
Required Qualifications
