Job Summary
Superintendent role in Virginia Territory overseeing steel installation projects from Richmond to Arlington with occasional travel; combines field supervision with business development. Responsibilities include managing subcontractors, coordinating deliveries and installations with GC/CM, conducting field measurements, ensuring jobsite safety, building client relationships, generating leads, prequalification with customers, maintaining project documentation via daily reports, and training subcontractors on installs and safety. Must have OSHA 30 ( CPR preferred), a clean driving record, pass a pre-employment drug screen, and possess prior superintendent/foreman experience with steel manufacturing and installation knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- OSHA 30 and CPR certifications preferred
- Clean driving record and ability to pass pre-employment drug screening
- Experience as Superintendent or Foreman with business development and sales experience
- Knowledgeable in steel business with manufacturing and installation experience
