Job Summary
Oversee heavy marine piling, dredging, and foundation work for ports, terminals, and jetties, ensuring every hammer blow aligns with rigorous standards. Lead early-works execution plans and manage the full lifecycle of marine structure construction from test piling through concrete placement. Act as the ultimate champion for safety by implementing effective programs and leading by example for sites of 50+ multidisciplinary workers. Orchestrate labor, subcontractors, and heavy plant equipment while pivoting and problem-solving in weekly review meetings to crush schedule delays. Maintain positive relationships with clients and the local community to uphold the company reputation. Requires 7+ years of marine construction management experience, valid driver's license, and strong safety stewardship.
Required Qualifications
- at least 7 years of successful management on large-scale marine structures
- Deep knowledge of marine construction codes
- Deep knowledge of dredging equipment
- Deep knowledge of piling methodologies
- Proven ability to supervise large, diverse crews and subcontractors
- Intermediate computer skills (MS Office/Email)
- valid driver's license
