Job Summary
Manage and oversee daily field operations for underground utility construction projects, supervising crews installing water, sewer, and storm drain systems. Plan daily and weekly work activities to maximize productivity while coordinating manpower, equipment, and subcontractors to meet project schedules. Review project plans, specifications, and drawings to ensure compliance with OSHA standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Monitor progress proactively to identify scheduling conflicts and ensure all work meets quality standards. Must be able to lay sewer, water, and storm drains or operate equipment.
