Job Summary
Manage and oversee daily field operations for underground utility construction projects, supervising crews installing water, sewer, and storm drain systems. Plan daily and weekly work activities to maximize productivity while coordinating manpower, equipment, and subcontractors to meet project schedules. Review project plans, specifications, and drawings to ensure compliance with OSHA, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Conduct daily safety meetings and monitor progress to identify potential delays, ensuring all work adheres to project specifications and local, state, and federal regulations. This role requires three years of construction experience and the ability to lay sewer, water, and storm drains.
