Job Summary
Oversee electrical system installations on projects, supervise workers and foremen, manage safety, budgeting, scheduling, and ensure compliance with contract documents, plans, and OSHA requirements. Serve as primary liaison with clients, coordinate with site coordinators or general superintendents to deliver progress reports, and drive project close-out activities including testing, inspections, and punch lists. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors while coaching foremen and ensuring work is executed safely, efficiently, and to the client's satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Trade School Certificate in Electrical Wiring or comparable experience
- OSHA 30 certified
- Minimum of four (4) years of experience as a foreman in the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, equipment and fixtures using blueprints, schematics and sketches
- 3-5 years supervisory experience
