Superintendent

Superintendent responsible for managing and monitoring construction activity to maintain compliance with contract specs and company quality and safety standards. Manages labor production budgets and labor control in coordination with superintendents; reviews cost reports; interfaces with the General Superintendent to settle union jurisdictional disputes; monitors schedule with Project Engineers and assigns work to field personnel; schedules safety meetings and administers jobsite mobilization; participates in preconstruction meetings; reviews quantities; coordinates inspections; ensures subcontractors follow safety procedures; communicates job status to the Project Manager and management team; represents the company with professionalism and a commitment to quality; must be able to work independently within a strong team environment. Requires 7+ years of field construction experience and 3+ years as a superintendent, proficiency with Prolog or similar software, and experience with MS Office. Prior experience on hotels or casinos and projects over $50M is preferred.
