Oversee daily on-site operations across multiple job sites, coordinating with Project Managers and General Contractor Superintendents. Manage subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams while enforcing safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment. Monitor project schedules and budgets for timely delivery, conducting regular site inspections for quality control. Serve as the primary liaison between field teams, project managers, and clients, resolving on-site conflicts to ensure smooth project execution.
