Job Summary
Superintendent responsible for creating and managing project plans and schedules for rehabilitation and turn work for all vacant homes within a designated portfolio; oversees both in-house technicians and external vendor resources; maintains records, reports progress to senior management, mentors direct reports, and ensures projects meet Tricon quality standards. Key duties include developing scope-of-work for rehabilitation and turns, proactively resolving project issues and schedule difficulties, conducting quality control inspections, and ensuring timely close-out of projects. Strong emphasis on collaboration, accountability, attention to detail, and effective communication with internal teams, vendors, and leadership; experience with coordinating multiple stakeholders and maintaining project documentation.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalency
- Excellent Communicator, both verbal and written
