Job Summary
Manage day-to-day field operations on commercial construction projects near Twin Falls, Idaho, traveling as required to active job sites. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and project stakeholders; maintain project schedules; ensure safety, quality, and compliance with contract documents; lead project meetings; and communicate effectively with owners, architects, and subcontractors. Strong focus on safety, daily reporting, and site records. Requires the ability to travel to project locations and work on-site at project locations as needed; experience with ground-up construction, tenant improvements, and hotel renovations is preferred; government or public-sector project experience is a plus; must possess a valid driver’s license and pass background checks as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of superintendent experience in commercial construction
- Strong background in ground-up construction and tenant improvement projects
- Hotel renovation experience preferred
- Experience on government, military, municipal, or other public-sector projects is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to travel and work at project locations as required
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
