Superintendent Traffic Checking Operations (Rep) UTLO

Oversee and execute responsibilities within the Customer Services & Operations Support Sub-department for NYCT, supporting subway and bus communications and direct customer service. In Fare Evasion, ensure methodologies are adhered to and that data is valid and publishable using all methodology to verify evaders. In Administration, manage personnel, budget, computer/phones, facility, and non-revenue vehicle fleet deliverables, ensuring on-time and accurate execution. Lead a team and provide higher level support services on both operational and administrative sides while maintaining internal controls. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and four years of professional experience, including two years in a supervisory/managerial capacity. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and advanced skills in Excel/Access, with strong data research, collection, and analytical capabilities, along with the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Strong organizational and communication skills and the ability to meet system deadlines are essential.
