Job Summary
Superintendent overseeing day-to-day on-site construction activities at a high-priority mission-critical facility in Northern Indiana. Responsible for leading subcontractors, coordinating trades (structural, civil, envelope, MEP), tracking schedules, enforcing safety, conducting toolbox talks, managing site logistics, and ensuring QA/QC turnover documentation. Requires strong leadership and communication, proficiency with Procore/Bluebeam/MS Project, ability to read plans, and experience supervising multi-trade crews on large commercial/industrial builds; OSHA-30 certification and a high school diploma are required (trade-school/related degree preferred). Located on-site in Crown Point, IN.
Required Qualifications
- OSHA 30 certification
- High school diploma required; trade school or construction-related degree preferred
- At least 5 years in construction field with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Experience managing subcontractors on large commercial or industrial builds
- Familiarity with MEP systems, structural components, and general trades
- Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project proficiency
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to read construction plans and technical documents
- Experience with data centers or mission-critical infrastructure preferred
- Lean practices, integrated project delivery, or multi-trade coordination exposure
