Superintendent - Tenant Improvement

The Superintendent leads on-site project execution for tenant-improvement construction, coordinating scheduling, logistics, safety, quality, and field teams under the Project Manager. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining detailed project schedules, managing field staff and trade partners, addressing on-site challenges to minimize cost impact, leading safety meetings per OSHA standards, overseeing closeout and punch-list activities, and contributing to business development and client relationships. The role emphasizes mentoring Interns and junior staff, participating in industry events, and upholding Clune Construction’s core values of safety, service, teamwork, respect, excellence, leadership, and innovation. Requires significant experience in commercial interior, healthcare, or mission-critical projects, ability to create and track look-ahead schedules, coordination with architects/engineers, budgeting coordination, and strong communication and leadership skills.
