Job Summary
As a Project Superintendent, responsible for developing and managing comprehensive project schedules, building and maintaining productive subcontractor relationships, ensuring timely completion and exceptional quality on all assigned projects, creating detailed project documentation for seamless coordination and effective site management, implementing a robust Quality Control/Quality Assurance program, and fostering an injury-free environment through award-winning safety initiatives. Requires strong LEAN construction and LEED knowledge, a senior leadership mindset, and proven ability to collaborate with owners, designers, subcontractors, and trade partners; proficient in construction technology and able to adapt new methodologies to drive successful design-build projects in North Carolina.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years' experience as a Project Superintendent
- Strong understanding of LEAN construction practices and LEED Green Building requirements
- Team-oriented leadership style with proven ability to develop relationships with owners, designers, subcontractors, and trade partners
- Willingness to embrace new approaches, methodologies, and tools
- Proficiency with construction technology and strong computer skills
