Job Summary
Oversee field operations for commercial/industrial, education, multi-family, and healthcare construction projects; develop and manage project schedules; manage subcontractor performance; ensure timeliness and quality of assigned projects; prepare project documentation for coordination and effective site management; implement and execute the Quality Control/Quality Assurance program; promote a safe, injury-free job site; lead teams and coordinate with owners, designers, subcontractors, and trade partners; LEAN construction practices and LEED Green Building knowledge; 7+ years of superintendent experience; strong computer skills and willingness to adopt new tools; position based in Raleigh, NC with competitive salary and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years' experience as a project superintendent (preferably in multifamily)
- Understanding of LEAN construction practices and LEED Green Building requirements
- Leaders who prefer to work in a team-oriented atmosphere and develop relationships with owners, designers, subcontractors, and other trade partners
- Willingness to learn new approaches and tools
- Stay on the cutting edge of industry technology and have strong computer skills
