Job Summary
Oversee assigned project field operations, site safety, schedule, and quality in conjunction with the Project Manager. Lead weekly foreman's meetings, resolve day-to-day field issues, and manage labor employers and field operations staff including Assistant Superintendents and Project Engineers. Plan all subcontractor scopes of work to ensure quality product and timely delivery, while participating in the pre-construction process to develop baseline schedules and site utilization plans. Requires Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management with minimum 5 years of experience in commercial and multi-family construction, plus OSHA 30 and First Aid/CPR/AED certification. Monday through Friday, 6am-3pm shift in the D.C. Metro Area.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or relevant field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry (in multi-family and commercial)
- OSHA 30 & First Aid/CPR/AED certified
