Superintendent - Structures

Plan crew activities, equipment, and materials with the Project Superintendent while coordinating with other Superintendents for efficient labor and equipment use. Review plans pre-construction to flag errors and cost-saving opportunities, then oversee budgets and monitor safety compliance, including around live rail and marine work. Coordinate with Project Engineers on material delivery timing, supervise Foremen to ensure safe, on-spec, on-budget work, and manage Change Orders and document Extra Work with Foremen and Project Manager. Lead field operations on the Long Bridge South project, a major Design-Build rail infrastructure expansion connecting Arlington, VA and Washington, D.C.
