Superintendent

Prepare project schedules, maintain accurate status reports, and supervise subcontracted work forces for cost-effective field coordination and quality control. Review progress with project managers and clients, ensure safety standards are implemented by all personnel, and direct activities on ground-up construction projects. Analyze manpower, material, and equipment requirements while enforcing established policies and work rules. Coordinate lock-out tag-out procedures for utilities including nitrogen, vacuum, compressed air, RODI, and steam, and manage QA/QC against engineering specifications.
