Superintendent

Oversee electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems throughout the construction management process while managing all project staff and relationships with owners, tenants, and professional groups. Monitor schedules, spending, and documentation accuracy to ensure timely project completion. Review subcontractor and vendor invoices, approve payments, negotiate changes, and prepare change orders for client and director approval. Perform final reviews of construction projects including bid procedures, vendor qualifications, estimates, and takeoffs. Ensure all close-out documentation, warranties, and record drawings are prepared and that final payments are received from clients and invoices are paid to subcontractors. Manage high-end renovations and construction projects in Philadelphia to meet quality, client satisfaction, and profitability goals.
