Superintendent (St. Louis-based; No travel)

Superintendent responsible for directing and coordinating field labor, subcontractors, and the placement/use of equipment and construction materials; oversees day-to-day construction of a project valued at about $10 million; leads safety initiatives, manages scheduling and labor/materials, reads and understands contracts, coordinates with owners, designers, and code officials, conducts subcontractor and workforce meetings, sequences site work, assists PM on estimating change orders, and mentors ACI apprentices while ensuring site logistics and cost control align with project requirements.
