Job Summary
Hands-on Superintendent leading on-site field operations from preconstruction through closeout, creating safety, phasing, and logistics plans, developing and maintaining master and look-ahead schedules, coordinating subcontractors and owner-furnished material, conducting site inspections and QA/QC, resolving punch-list items, building strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners, reviewing and submitting change orders, leading field meetings, and mentoring Foremen, Field Engineers, and other field staff to maintain cost control, schedule, and quality across multifamily construction projects.
