Superintendent-Semiconductor

Construction Superintendent role for semiconductor projects focusing on on-site field operations, coordinating with Construction Coordinators, Tool Engineers, Project Managers, Contractors, and Vendors. Responsibilities include managing construction work schedules and contractor progress, overseeing day-to-day field activities, ensuring code/regulation adherence and safety, coordinating support resources, conducting SOR quantity surveys, tracking prefab/installation schedules, reviewing contractor redline drawings, escalating issues, coordinating 3rd-party inspections and utility activation/isolation, engaging with safety representatives, verifying barricades and SRAs, ensuring Restricted Work Access Permits are approved, coordinating daily tool activities, attending Facility Services meetings, maintaining stop-work authority for unsafe conditions, enforcing 6S, and ensuring quality check sheets and punch list closure. Maintains coordination between SAS, Contractors, and the QAR, and adheres to health and safety standards as documented. Must have strong communication and organizational skills and be proficient with Microsoft Office and construction management software.
